| 摘 要： | 个人权利是生活的核心所在，而且从美国建国以来就是宪法史的主线。美国宪法对人权原则的体现，是一个逐步发展和扩大范围的过程。美国的宪政在保障人权实现的同时，在处理国家权力和人权的关系上也面临着一些棘手的问题。

| Abstract: | Individual rights are the core of life which mark the masterstroke of the constitutional history since the establishment of the United States. The basis of the principle of human rights of the American Constitution is a process of gradual development and enlargement of range. American constitution ensures the embodiment of human rights, but at the same time, it also faces some hardnuts to crack in dealing with the relationship between national power and human rights. |
