中国能源消耗强度变动的综合指数因素分解分析

为提高我国各部门的能源效率,本文利用综合指数因素分解分析方法研究技术进步和产业结构变动对中国1997-2002年期间能源强度变动的影响因素,得出我国节能降耗的工作重点:首先应该对目前的产业结构进行适当的、科学的调整,建立起一个低能耗的产业结构;其次,放在企业的技术改造上,选用先进的技术和工艺,进一步提高能源利用效率。

Decomposition Analysis to Comprehensive Index of the Changes in Consumption Intensity

To raise the energy efficiency of various departments, this paper applies comprehensive index decomposition analysis to analyze the influencing factors of technological progress and the changes in industrial structure to the changes in energy intensity in China from 1997 to 2002. It concludes that the priorities in energy saving and exhaustion reduction are as follows: first of all, the current industrial structure should be properly and scientifically adjusted, and an industrial structure with low-consumption should be established; secondly, priority should be given to the technological upgrading of enterprises, and advanced technologies should be selected and applied to further raise efficiency of energy utilization.
