| 摘 要： | 本文从科技进步、软投入与经济增长三者的关系出发，分析了软投入概念的内涵及其对经济增长的作用机理，并着重从方法论的角度较为细致地探讨了软投入的经济增长效应的测度问题，建立了相应的测度模型，进而以中国经济为实例，实证分析了建国４０年来中国经济增长的软投入效应。

| Abstract: | This paper has made an analysis of the connotations of soft-input and its effect on economic growth from the trio of scientific and technological progress, soft-input and economic growth with the emphasis on a detailed study of the evaluation of the effect of soft-input methodologically with a view to establishing a corresponding model of evaluation. It further analyses such effect in China's 40 year economy since the founding of the People's Republic of China. |
