| 摘 要： | 自治是市场经济条件下行业协会的本质特征,自治权是行业协会实现自治的基础。学界关于行业协会自治权的性质存在着不同的认识。笔者认为,行业协会自治权来源于行业协会会员之间的契约,它是一种典型的社会权力。

| Abstract: | Self-regulation is essential character of trade association under the condition of market economy. Self-regulation power is basis for trade association to achieve its autonomy. Current academic circles have different opinions about the nature of self-regulation power . The author considers that self-regulation power originates from agreement of all association members.And self-regulation power is a typical social power. |
