Abstract:The teacher is the main part in the new course,who will realize the development and grow together with it.Teachers'role which is discussed in the following five aspects will change essentially with putting the new course reform idea into practice.In the reform of the new course,first,the teacher should become a promoter of students;second,the teacher should become a cooperater.third,the teacher should become "the chief of equality";forth,the teacher should become a researcher of education;fifth,the teacher should become "a person who excavates spring".
