| 摘 要： | 我国的精神损害赔偿制度主要是通过最高人民法院的司法解释建立起来的.作者通过对各个时期涉及精神损害赔偿的司法解释进行解读,梳理了这一制度的建立和发展的脉络,总结了相关的法治建设经验.此外,作者还对侵权责任法学者建议稿和官方草案中有关精神损害赔偿的条文进行了具体分析,在此基础上提出了修改侵权责任法草案二次审议稿的具体建议.
