零售企业有效实施绩效薪酬的前提条件研究

摘    要:绩效薪酬是一种重要和复杂的薪酬制度,其有效实施需要具备相应的前提条件。本文根据绩效薪酬的基本原理,提出有效实施绩效薪酬在员工自身、绩效表现、绩效考评和绩效薪酬设计四个方面的一般前提条件;在此基础上,结合零售企业薪酬特点和绩效薪酬状况,得出零售企业有效实施绩效薪酬要进行消除零售企业绩效实现中的不可控因素、建立完善的零售企业绩效考评体系等七个主要前提条件建设。

Abstract:Performance-based remuneration is an important and complicated remuneration system,which requires the premises for effective implementation.According to the basic theory of performance-based remuneration,this article proposes the general premises from four aspects including employee,performance condition,performance appraisal and performance-based remuneration design.On that basis,combined with the features of retail enterprises and their performance-based remuneration,this article concludes that retail enterprises need to construct seven premises for effective implementation of performance-based remuneration,including eliminating the uncontrolled factors in the process retail enterprises get performance,building and improving the performance appraisal system in retail enterprises,etc.
