丽江市可持续性评价及民族文化的作用分析

使用生态足迹法和改进的AHP法对丽江市可持续性进行了评价,指出2001年丽江市生态足迹低于1995年,而2007年是2001年的近3倍,主要是2007年能源消耗对生态足迹的贡献较大.丽江市生态承载力呈逐年减少的趋势,但减少程度不明显.生态足迹变化较大,表明人类的活动程度和对资源利用的程度加大;而生态承载力没有明显减少,主要是由于丽江市是一个旅游城市,经济发展主要依赖旅游资源的开发.AHP法分析表明,从1995年至2007年,丽江市可持续性总体上是增强的,其中2001-2007年发展较快.此外,还分析了民族文化在区域生态环境保护及旅游开发中的作用,指出民族文化的合理保护与开发能促进丽江市可持续发展.

An Evaluation of the Sustainability of Lijiang and the Role of Ethnic Cultures

The sustainability of Lijiang has been evaluated by the ecological footprint and improved AHP method. The value of the ecological footprint analysis in 2001 was lower than that in 1995, but the value in 2007 was nearly 3 times more than that in 2001. The energy consumption was the main contribution to the value of ecological footprint analysis in 2007. The value of the ecological carrying capacity of Lijiang has decreased slightly. The increasing value of the ecological footprint indicates that the extent of human activities and the degree of resource utilization have increased; no significant reduction of the ecological carrying capacity owes much to the fact that Lijiang is a tourism city and its economic development mainly relies on the development of tourism resources. The results of AHP analysis have showed that the sustainability was enhanced from 1995 to 2007 and it developed fairly rapidly between 2001 and 2007. The role of ethnic cultures in the regional environmental protection and tourism development has also been analyzed with such a conclusion that the reasonable protection of ethnic cultures can promote Lijiang's sustainable development.
