| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资（FDI）已成为中国区域经济发展的重要因素之一。以1983-2008年数据为样本，采用回归分析法，针对FDI对陕西省劳动就业、资本积累、技术进步和经济发展的效应进行了系统研究，结果表明：除技术进步外，FDI对其他因素均呈现出显著的正效应。基于细分行业，对FDI的产业投向、区域贡献和运作效益进行了比较研究，指出引进FDI中存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了建议。

| Abstract: | FDI has already become the vital engine of regional economy of our country. This article based on data from 1983 to 2008 adopt the regression approach to systematically analyze the influence by FDI on Shannxi＇s labor employment, capital accumulation, technology improvement and economy development. The result of the empirical research indicates that excluding technology improvement, FDI has positive effect on the other factors. Then this article which from the subdivision industry aspect implement the comparison analysis m the industry investment, regional contribution and operation benefit. Problem on the introduction of FDI, in addition, was pointed out and the countermeasures was put forward. |
