| 摘 要： | 研究《管子》对语言和言语行为的看法,认为《管子》中提出的“道在身则言自顺”、“有名则治,无名则乱”、“言脱于口,而令行乎天下”、“出言必信,则令不穷”、“言不周密,反伤其身”、“违言不存口”、“言辞慢,则臣下轻之”、“以天下之耳听”、“去奇说,诘诈伪”、“以法案其言而求其实”等命题值得今人思考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper gives an outline of the language viewpoints of Guanzi. Guanzi discussed strongly on the relation between speech and morality, name and actuality. It also proposed many criteria of the behavior of language when one cultivate one's moral character, make friends, manage his family or administrate a country. |
