| Abstract: | To construct the political civilization in China is to combine the basic Marxist principle with China's practical reality and her features of the times. The paper studies the feasibilities of constructing the political civilization under the leadership of CPC from the following perspectives: the political reform, the rationalization of relations between the Party and the government, the improvement of the self-perfecting system and the ruling by laws. |
