行政内部监督制度的域外借鉴

我国在推行行政法治，建构法治政府中不免要对域外的制度进行研究比较，并对其合理的内核予以借鉴。加强对两大法系的法德英美四国的具体行政内部监督制度的比较研究，对比我国在内部监督法治化上的不足，进而阐释引进其先进的理念和制度，是当下深化行政内部监督法治化不可缺少的环节。

Reference from Foreign Administrative Internal Supervision Systems

China is carrying out administrative law. In the process of constructing the government ruled by law, it is inevitable to compare foreign systems and learn from their reasonable core. It is an urgent task of deepening the juridification of the administrative i,ternal supervision of China to do comparative research on the concrete administrative internal supervision systems of four counties of the two big legal systems - French and Germany, Britain and America, compare deficiency of the system of our country, and interpreter and introduce their advanced ideas and systems to China.
