| 摘 要： | 人的发展风险的生成,是与其所处的社会发展的不确定性或者说风险性直接联系在一起的.与传统社会不同,现代社会是一个高度开放与快速多变的社会,因而也是一个充满了风险的社会.不断制造、生产与分配风险,不仅成为现代社会发展所呈现出来的基本特征,而且也成为现代社会人的发展风险生成的重要根源.现代社会,人的发展所面临的风险不仅具有多样性,而且也具有极大的复杂性.正是这种多样性与复杂性,决定了人的发展对风险把握和预防的重要性与必要性.
