| 摘 要： | 工程项目竣工结算审核是竣工结算阶段一项重要技术经济工作。经审核的竣工结算是核定工程造价的依据,也是工程项目验收后核定新固定资产价值的依据。做好建设工程竣工结算的审核工作,能有效地控制工程造价,节省建设项目资金,保证建筑产品的价值真实性。

| Abstract: | Settlement check on project completion is a key technical and economical work at the project completion settlement stage. Completion settlement after approval is the basis of checking project construction cost,and also the basis for ratifying value of new fixed assets. A well-done check on project completion settlement could effectively control project construction cost and save capital cost so as to ensure the true value of building product. |
