| 摘 要： | 指出要有效地解决大学生就业问题，作为国家权威的代表机构——政府，承担着义不容辞的责任和义务；介绍了国外经验的借鉴及制度创新，根据国外经验借鉴设计出了大学生理想就业机制模式，并找出目前我国政府在大学生理想就业过程中的职责定位。

| Abstract: | How to effectively solve the employment problems of university graduates？ As a representative body of state authority, the government undertakes a bounden duty and obligation. This paper takes the foreign experience for reference, and system innovation as well,and then learns from it to design an ideal mechanism for employment patterns and to identify the current vision of our government in the course of employment of graduates in the functions and duties. |
