| 摘 要： | 《物权法》颁布后，在因法律行为所引发的不动产物权变动中必须遵守公示原则，其中公示方法为登记。但是由于我国没有不动产的统一登记法，导致对登记行为的性质认识争议较大。通过立法论的研究方法，登记行为的性质是准行政行为。

| Abstract: | After the promulgation of "Property Law",changes of real property caused by legal acts must comply with the principle of publicity and the method for the publicity is registing.However,there is no unified way for the registration of real estate law,which leads to the conservation in understanding the nature of registration act.This paper argues that by the adoption of legislative research methods,the registration act can be considered as a quasi-administrative act. |
