| 摘 要： | 网络银行的合同责任有其特殊性,网络银行法律责任的归责原则应根据不同情形区别使用,因而具体说来分适用无过错原则和过错原则以及混合过错原则三种情形,不同情形下的赔偿法也各有不同。
