| 摘 要： | 在高等教育发展中，人才培养与科学研究是高校的两项主要职能。教学是实现学校育人目标， 完成学校授课任务的根本手段，是学校最基本的活动。科研是发挥学校服务社会功能、实现学校价值的重要 方面。教学与科研相结合是高等教育的内在规律。在当前高等学校中，二者关系的失衡已经是不争的事实 了，科研的“得宠”使得教学被忽视。因而，今后高校的工作重心之一是要协调好高等教育发展中教学与科研 的关系，使二者相辅相成，互相促进。
