| Abstract: | The content of this paper involved many important fields,such as "WTO",the industrial policies, buying and selling houses as goods. This paper also talked about challenges we may face up to as we carry the housing industrial modernization out. There are some important ideas in this paper Which need study seriously, for example,the idea of going beyond the limit suitably in housing constrution and the idea of coordinating the relationship between housing construetion and urban development. |
