| 摘 要： | 魏玛共和国时期的比例代表制是对德帝国时期不公正和不合理的选举制度的反叛。比例代表制强化了德国长期存在的多党政治。比例代表制，连同不利的政治文化、政党特点和政党体制的弱点，导致了政府的不稳定和魏玛共和国议会民主制的深刻危机。

| Abstract: | The system of proportional representation in Weimar Republic was a reaction against the unfair and irrational electoral system in Imperial Germany. The system of proportio representation strengthened the multipartism long existing in Germany. The adoption of proportio representation system , combined with the unfavorable political culture, the character of parties and the weakness of the party system, resulted in governmental instability, the crisis of the parliamentary system. |
