东南亚国家从 2 0世纪 80年代起 ,出现了不同程度的政治社会转型的现象。是什么因素促使这种转型发生 ?文章认为 ,在一国的政治发展过程中 ,内部的因素固然是决定性的 ,起主要作用 ;但是 ,随着国际往来和联系日益密切 ,任何一国的政治发展不再是孤立的 ,而是与国际环境息息相关。文章着重探讨外来因素在东南亚政治社会转型中所起的作用

The role played by external factors in the sociopolitical restructure of Southeast Asia

Since the eighties of the twentiech century, Southeast Asia has witnessed sociopolitical restructure in many countries in different degrees. This paper fathoms the causative factors of this phenomenon, with emphasis on an investigation into the role played by external factors in the political restructure in Southeast Asian countries. The paper is of opinion that internal factors are of course the decisive ones in the course of the political development of a country, however, with the international exchanges and linkages getting closer and closer from day to day, the political development of any country is no longer isolated, but becomes closely related with international environments.
