| Abstract: | The unreasonable capital structure of Chinese State-owned enterprises has been a problem for a long time, and it is becoming more outstanding than ever with deep going of the reform. The authors of this article start with the present status and causes of the capital structure of the state ownership, link up such topics as debt-for-stock swap,corwertible bonds, etc. Being private and perfecting capital market is the outlet for improving the capital structure of state-owned enterprises. |
