| 摘 要： | 教育大计教师为本,教师的培养是实施人才强校战略的首要任务,是高校高水平发展的核心因素,思想政治理论课教师的水平直接关乎着大学生思想政治教育的质量。因此,结合高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才的基本内涵,针对高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养中现存的问题进行分析,明确高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养目标,从而优化高校思想政治理论课师资队伍建设,不断完善思想政治理论课教师人才队伍培养体系。

| Abstract: | Hundred years’ policy based on education,while the education policy based on teachers.The most important factor for the development of university is teachers;the training of teachers is the priority to implement strategy of strengthening university with talents.And the quality of ideological and political teaching depends on the quality of teachers.Therefore,the writer combines and analyze the content and problem in the training of the top talent of ideological and political teaching.Thereby,we should optimize and improve the system of the training of the top talent of ideological and political teaching continuously. |
