| 摘 要： | 多年来,我国行政法学理论界对无效行政行为问题一直重视不够,以至于行政行为的无效问题成为我国行政法学理论研究的薄弱环节。从无效行政行为存在的理论依据出发,对无效行政行为的内涵、判断标准及无效行政行为的确认程序诸方面进行探讨,对尽快确立和完善我国无效行政行为法律制度,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The problem of nullity of administrational action has not been paid enough attention for many years in the field of law theory in China; therefore the problem has become one of the weakest taches in the field. This article will probe into the problem by analyzing the intension of the nullity of administrational action, the right judging standard and its acknowledgement course so that we can establish and perfect the legal system in China's nullity of administrational action. |
