| 摘 要： | 经调查发现,目前河南省青少年的法律观念普遍提高,法治思想已深入人心,维权意识已经觉醒,但却存在着法律知识较贫乏并普遍注重实用性,法律观念中仍存在许多误区,维权意识和维权能力较弱等问题。

| Abstract: | It is found that teenagers'legal idea is more and more satisfying in Henan province at present.Through investiga-tion theirs legal conception is already awakened.However,some problems still exist,for instance,teengers'legal knowledge is poor and usually concentrated on practicality,and their legal consciousness and the ability of protecting their right still need to be strenghthened and promoted. |
