摘    要:文章就职业教育中的人文性相关问题进行了分析,提出了在职业教育中以职业素质教育引领职业技能教育的观念,并对职业素质教育中的人文与技能教育的融合提出了具体的措施,大学文化环境建设、师资队伍建设和职业课程中的人文性渗透是职业院校人文性教育融入的主要渠道.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the humanities related problems in vocational education,preseneed a concept of using vocational quality education leading vocational-technical education in the vocational education,and proposed concrete measures about educational integration between the humanity education and the vocational-technical education in the vocational quatity education.The improvement of the cultural penetration in the vocational conseruction of teacher eroop and the humanities education in the vocational college.
