摘    要:文章从人文教育理论出发,针对与提高课堂教学质量密切相关的三个方面进行了细致的探讨.改变以继承为中心的教育思想,注重学生创新能力和实践能力的培养;改变以知识考核为中心的应试教育模式,建立较为科学的全面素质考核体系.采取质疑、口试、大作业、单元课程设计与期末试题库综合考试相结合等方法,改变学生被动接受的学习方法为启发式和讨论式等,培养学生的思维能力和表达能力.激发学生求知欲和探索意识,以提高学生的综合素质、增强工程实践能力.

Abstract:Based on humanism educational theory, the article focuses on the following 3 major aspects closely related to the improvement of teaching quality in class: 1. reform the inheritance-centred educational theory and concentrate on the promotion of students' creativity and particle skills 2. transform the knowledge testing-centred and test-focused educational pattern and establish a rather scientific comprehensive-ability-testing system, which takes the form of combining question posing,oral tests,large-sized assignment, unit course design and term test corpus 3. reverse the passive learning techniques of students and by means of initiative and discussion teaching methods, aim to develop students' thinking ability and expressive ability, to stimulate their thirst for knowledge and searching sense and ultimately to reinforce students' comprehensive qualities and strengthen their engineering practicle ability.
