| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的发展以及我国社会主义市场经济的建设,给思想政治工作既带来机遇,更带来挑战。为此,思想政治工作要适应时代的发展,不断创新。当前应从政工队伍、教育者的思维方式、工作态度、工作艺术性等四个方面,努力探索思想政治工作创新的条件和途径。
