| 摘 要： | 使用教师心理素质问卷(Teacher's Mentality Questionnaire,简称TMQQ),对师范生与优秀教师心理素质的调查结果表明(1)高师生与中学优秀教师,中师生与小学优秀教师的心理素质均存在极其显著的差异;(2)高师生与中师生在责任感与创造性方面存在极其显著的差异;(3)高师生与中师生在TMQQ上存在性别和专业差别.

| Abstract: | Using Teacher's Mental Quality Questionnaire(TMQQ for short),we investigated the mental quality of the students of normal school and teachers' college and successful teachers.The result revealed:1/Successful teachers scored significantly higher on TMQQ than Students of normal school and teacher's college.2/There were significant difference on sense of responsibility and creativeness between the students of teachers' college and those from normal school.3/There were sexual and specialized difference between the students of teachers' college and those from normal school. |
