| 摘 要： | 随着中国高等教育事业的发展和教师教育新体制的建立,地方高师院校综合化转型是历史的必然。地方高师院校应积极应对转型中的问题与挑战,通过创新教育理念,优化学科结构,构建开放的课程体系,改革人才培养模式,优化师资结构等途径实现顺利转型。

| Abstract: | With the development of China's higher education and the establishment of new system of teachers' education,local teachers' colleges comprehensive transformation is an inevitablity of history.Local teachers' colleges should face the problems and challenges positively first,and then realize the transformation smoothly through the theory of innovating education,optimizing academic subjects structure,constructing the opening curriculum system,reforming the talent-cultivating pattern,optimizing faculty structure and so on. |
