胡适与中国传统文化

运用精神分析方法进行分析，可以看出在胡适思想中，始终存在着一种“中国文化情结”。这种中国文化情结不仅与其少年时期接受的传统教育有关，而且为他后来“反叛”传统、走上“全盘西化”道路提供了“内驱力”。但胡适的这种“全盘西化”只是一种学术主张甚至于意识形态，并不代表其具体的学术实践。终其一生，胡适的学术思想与其说是“全盘西化”，毋宁说是“西方学术的本土化”更为恰当。
