城镇居民茶叶消费行为分析 ———基于北京住户调查数据

近年来,我国城镇居民茶叶消费未随收入提高而相应增长。为了解释居民的茶叶消费行为,利用北京市住户调查队数据,运用Tobit模型和LA/AIDS模型对影响城镇居民消费的因素及茶叶消费的支出弹性、价格弹性进行了系统分析。研究结果表明,茶叶的支出弹性、自价格弹性、交叉价格弹性均较小,这意味着,北京茶叶需求在一段时间内不会有大的增加。

Tea Consumption Behavior of Urban Resident: Evidence from Beijing House hold Survey Data

In China,tea consumption of urban residence didn＇t increase counterpart while GDP increased continually in recent years.To interpret the consumption behavior of unban resident,based on Beijing Household Survey Data,this paper uses Tobit model and LA/AIDS model to analysis the factors which influence tea consumption behavior,expenditure elasticity,price elasticity.The results show that expenditure elasticity and price elasticity of tea consumption are both small,which means tea demand of Beijing will not have dramatically increase in medium-term.
