| Abstract: | Farmer labourers' defending rights according to the law is the key question to the society for many years,but in fact the road of farmer labourers' defending rights according to the law is very hard.There are many difficulties,and the lawful rights can't be defended reasonlly and effectively.Then what's the way of farmer labourers'defending rights according to the law? This paper explores the reason of difficulties of farmer labourers'defending rights according to the law and tries to resolve it from the angles of legislation,justice,legal help and legal aid. |
