上市公司的金融特性与金融风险刍议

上市公司是具有较强金融特征的特殊企业 ,其金融功能对企业发展是一把双刃剑 ,对社会经济发展具有双重作用和要求。充分发挥上市公司的金融特性与功能 ,关键是以股东权益最大化为目标 ,搞好生产经营与资本经营的有机结合。目前上市公司在发挥其金融特性和功能中主要存在四种风险 ,即盲目扩张风险、金融投机风险、证券欺诈风险和道德、信用风险。防范与化解这些风险 ,一是树立“审时度势、宽严皆误”的监管理念 ;二是树立监管与服务相结合的监管理念 ;三是树立事前监管、主动监管和动态监管的监管理念

Elementary Study of the Listed Companies' Fianacial Character and Financlal Risks

The listed companies are a group of special enterprises that have strong financial character. Its financial function is a sword with double blades to the enterprise's development, and it has double functions and requirements to the development of social economy as well . The key for the listed companies to play full role of financial character and function is to make a goal to benefit the stockholders most, and to make good combination of the production management and the capital management. At present there found four different risks during the listed companies playing the role of financial character and function that is the blind expansion risk, financial venture risk, stock fraud risk, moral & credit risk. One method to prevent and dissolve these risks is to set up the conception "considering the situation, excessive loose and excessive rigorism are both wrong." The second is to set up the idea of good combination of supervision and service. The third is to set up the management conception of previous supervision, active supervision and dynamic supervision.
