An Analysis of the Factors Affecting DPRK''''s Foreign Policy

After the Cold War, North Korea became a living fossil of the Cold War. North Korea's foreign relation has acquired many special characters and influenced the security pattern in Northeast Asia, even the whole world. North Korea has been confronted with a lot of complex problems such as being isolated in the international society, feeling anxious about the nation's security, a near collapse of economy, and trying to maintain a stable political rule. This paper discusses the characteristics of North Korea's post-Cold-War foreign policies.
