| Abstract: | The implementation of eco-culture is not only the soul of the strategy of constructing the province by ecology,but also an important symbol "the soft power" of regional economic and social development.We should make great efforts to cultivate and develop the ecological culture,and actively build eco-cultural system of Qinghai so as to provide a strong spiritual power to implement the strategy of constructing the province ecological;take a way of a win-win economic development and ecological protection and sustainable development in promoting the protection of building ecological harmony between man and nature. |
