入世后我国外贸体制改革面临的问题及对策

我国虽已初步建立起适应社会主义市场经济要求的外贸体制,但外贸主体、外贸经营体制、外贸法律法规建设及国家外贸宏观调控仍存在一系列亟待解决的问题.适应入世的需要,建立符合WTO规则和社会主义市场经济体制要求的外贸体制,需进一步深化企业制度改革、外贸经营体制改革,建立健全法律法规体系,建立灵活高效的外贸宏观调控体系.

The Problem and Countermeasure Faced with Our National Foreign Trade System after the Entry of WTO

Our country has set up a foreign trade system adapted to the economic demand of socialist market economy, however, the foreign trade management system, the foreign law system as well as the national macroscopical control to foreign trade still have a series of problems to be solved urgently to meet the demand of the entry of WTO; meanwhile, to set up the foreign trade system according to the WTO regulations and socialist market economic system. The reform of enterprise system and foreign trade management system are deepen further, the law system and flexible and efficient foreign trade macroscopical control system are constituted and perfected.
