试论司法鉴定文书的规范化

司法鉴定文书作为鉴定结论的载体,必须反映鉴定过程、鉴定结论的形成,以增强其公正性、科学性、合法性、透明性,从而满足质证的要求,获得法官的采信,从而实现鉴定结论成为诉讼证据的目的。当前,我国司法鉴定文书的内容、形式不规范的现象并不鲜见。因此,司法鉴定文书的规范化研究,并不是可缺或无的。

On the Standardization of the Judicial Identified Document

As the carriers of the identified conclusion,the judicial identified documents must reflect the identified process and the formation of the identified conclusion to enhance the characteristics of justice,science,legalness and openness,so as to meet the demand of evidence and get the trust of the judges.Thus,the identified conclusion can become the objective of lawsuit evidence.At present,the contents and forms of the judicial identified documents in our country are not very standard.Therefore,research on the standardization of the judicial identified documents is worth doing.
