| 摘 要： | 为了对施工项目成本进行有效控制，应用价值工程对施工项目进行了成本控制，指出了该方法的优点，并结合具体施工项目，介绍了该方法的应用。实践表明，在工程项目中应用该方法可以得到较好的控制效果。
