| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中,失地农民市民化的核心环节是农民的职业转型。从职业转型的视角考察现在城乡结合与城中村的社会现实,可以发现农民失地之后即失去了稳定的生存职业,就此产生了广泛的职业临时化与虚化问题,从而引发了诸多社会问题。文章从微观和宏观两方面考察解决问题的方法,认为在微观层面上需要立足于建立合理的补偿机制,在宏观层面上需要建构失地农民的职业转型机制。 |
