| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,高职院校图书馆的特色化建设应针对发展状况,分析自身优势和需求,建立以服务于特定读者群为目标的特色馆藏,建立"以人为本"的特色化服务模式,建立促进图书馆自身发展的人力资源开发特色体系,建立优良的现代图书馆网络体系。
