| 摘 要： | 作为一种存在的事实,高校党委领导权力是政治科学研究的范畴,有着明确的边沿界定和严格的职责划分。而作为价值意义上的高校党委领导权力质量,则属于政治哲学关注的领域,其内涵和特征实质上是指高校党委领导权力的优劣。本文力求从认识论的角度理清高校党委领导权力质量的内涵和特征,为认真贯彻和落实党的十七大精神,加强和改进高校党建工作,探索建立现代大学制度作一粗浅的理论探讨。

| Abstract: | The Party Committee's leadership power quality is the science of politics and philosophy.In this paper,it is to clarify the connotations and characteristics of the Party Committee's leadership power quality in universities so as to lay a theoretical foundation for implementing the spirit of the 17th Party Congress,strengthening and improving the Party construction work in universities as well as building a modern university system. |
