| 摘 要： | 幸福是现实生活中每一个人都向往和追求的，个人追求幸福是人类追求幸福的基础和动因，没有每个人对幸福的积极追求，就没有个体对幸福的关心，也就没有人类的整体幸福。人类的奋斗历程就是一个前仆后继的幸福追求过程，无论政治制度和意识形态有多么大的差异，无论社会文明发展的程度有多么大的不同，追求民生幸福最大化是人类活动永恒的价值追求。衡量一个社会的进步与发展，最为根本的标准就是这个社会是否能够最大限度地满足人们群众的幸福要求，这也是中国特色社会主义的价值追求。
