摘    要:"权"是儒家非常核心性的实践概念。阳明"良知说"对心物关系的讨论与其经权结构有着一致性,根本而言是希望以动态性实践结构来改造程朱的静态结构。这种改造典型体现在以明镜比喻心体,这个比喻一方面将工夫落在当下的瞬间,澄清了人道德实践的本源性结构;另一方面却构成了对更广阔时间尺度的遮蔽,由此带来对经史实学的忽视。

Abstract:"Judgment(meaning Quan in archaic Chinese)" is a key concept of practicality in confucianism whose judgement-classics structure is in line with the discussion of mind-material relation involved in Wang Yangming’s theory of conscience,both hoping to transform the static structure in the Neo-confucianism into a dynamic structure of practice.This transformation is typically reflected in its metaphor of a bright mirror referring to mind-body relations which clarified the original structure of human moral practice on the one hand,yet on the other,it resulted in the neglect of the study about classics and history due to its conceal of broader scale of time.
