| 摘 要： | 文章强调了技术哲学的学科特色和基础研究的重要性 ,从六个方面提出了技术哲学研究可以考虑的 35个问题。 1,关于技术哲学的学科定位和性质 ,科学哲学与技术哲学的比较 ;2 ,关于技术哲学研究的理论意义 ;3,关于技术的本质 ,技术与器物 ;4,关于科学与技术的关系 ,技术与科学的区别 ;5 ,关于技术的价值 ,技术的两重性和中性论 ;6,关于技术发展的规律性。

| Abstract: | This paper first emphasized the disciplinary characteristics and the importance of the basic research of philosophy of technology. Then it put forward 35 issues that could be considered in the following six aspects: 1. the disciplinary location and the disciplinary nature of philosophy of technology, the comparison of philosophy of science and philosophy of technology, 2. the theoretical significance of the research of philosophy of technology, 3. the essence of technology, the relation of technology and artifact, 4. the relation between science and technology, 5. the value of technology, the duality and neutrality of technology, 6. the regularity of technological development. |
