| 摘 要： | 1993年中国成为原油净进口国，国内石油企业开始实施“走出去”战略，积极开展对外直接投资。经过十几年的艰难历程，以中石油、中石化、中海油三大石油公司为代表的中国石油企业已在世界30多个国家进行并购等直接投资活动，获得了大量的份额油①。利用投入产出模型，将中国石油企业所获得的份额油对中国产生的经济效应进行量化。结论表明，中国石油业对外直接投资对中国经济的完全带动效应是3617．64亿元，相当于整个国内生产总值的4．01％。

| Abstract: | When China became the net-import country of oil source in 1993, ＂go out＂ stragegy was carried out for oil enterprises.China＇ s oil enterprises such as CNPC,SINOPEC and CNOOC, have obtained much oil by investing directly in more than 30 countries of the world through merger and acquisition.In this thesis, the Input-Output model is introduced so that the economic effect of oil obtained from petroliferous areas can be quantified.The conclusion shows that the economic effect of FDI of China＇ s oil enterprises reaches 361.76 billions yuan which is 4.01 percent as much as that of GDP. |
