| 摘 要： | 铜仁市的职业女性心理健康状况良好,在心理压力及主要来源、对工作生活的态度、身体状况及性生活方面与北京等大城市有差异,体现了西部地区职业女性的一些共同特点。针对铜仁市的职业女性心理压力的状况,提出了相应调适的方法。
