摘    要:采用乙醇提取、分光光度法测定了苦菜叶及苦菜茶中的总黄酮含量.结果表明,苦菜叶中总黄酮含量为3.98%;不同浸泡时间的苦菜茶中总黄酮含量不同,以沸水冲泡20 min总黄酮含量最大.

Abstract:The total flavonoid content in Chinensis leaves and Chinensis tea is determined by alcohol extraction and column chromatography colorimetric.It is demonstrated that the total flavonoid in Chinensis leaves is 3.98%.The flavonoid amount in Chinensis tea is different under different soaked time.The total flavonoid amount is largest when Chinensis tea is soaked by boiled water for 20 minutes.
