关于苏州市人才发展的现状与对策

摘    要:苏州市人才在量上保持着攀升态势,高层次人才需求不断增长,人才政策也逐步完善,但存在着结构相对失衡,缺乏高科技创新复合型人才的问题;人才投资效益不太明显,缺乏投资的动力和力度;人才市场的主动性和服务意识不够,缺乏统一开放的人才大市场。人才引进力度和创新度相对薄弱,用人机制和激励机制均有待改善。目前应当重视优化人才结构,完善人才投资,强化人才市场,为高科技人才提供切实的平台,强化人才激励机制。

Abstract:Both the number of qualified personnel and the need for high-level qualified personnel have been on the increase in Suzhou.But there still exist the problem of the structural imbalance and the lack of high-tech versatile personnel,the problem of the low benefits of investment in personnel projects and the lack of the impetus and the intensity of the investment,the problem of the service consciousness of the intellectual resources market,which should be integrated and be open.At the present we should optimize the structure of qualified personnel,improve the investment environment,introduce the high-tech personnel and strengthen the mechanism of management and service.
