关于苏州市人才发展的现状与对策

苏州市人才在量上保持着攀升态势,高层次人才需求不断增长,人才政策也逐步完善,但存在着结构相对失衡,缺乏高科技创新复合型人才的问题;人才投资效益不太明显,缺乏投资的动力和力度;人才市场的主动性和服务意识不够,缺乏统一开放的人才大市场。人才引进力度和创新度相对薄弱,用人机制和激励机制均有待改善。目前应当重视优化人才结构,完善人才投资,强化人才市场,为高科技人才提供切实的平台,强化人才激励机制。
