| 摘 要： | 《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(简称TRIPS)对中国社会经济的影响是全方位的。在TRIPS背景下,工科大学的科研管理应注重获得应用性科研成果的知识产权,树立“知识产品”的价值观念和“知识产权”的权利意识,建立健全知识产权保护和管理制度,加强知识产权保护与管理的机构建设,深入进行知识产权重点、难点问题的研究,发挥知识产权的激励作用。

| Abstract: | Since China entered WTO, administration of scientific research has been enhanced in universities of technology. The idea of realizing the value of knowledge and merchandizing knowledge has become more acceptable. However, the conduct of protecting knowledge property in universities of technology is not satisfying and is not able to meet the need of WTO. Lacking enough personnel in administration is one of the problems which result in the loss of a large among of knowledge property in universities of technology. It is proposed that protective and administrative system should be set up so as to fulfill the best function of knowledge property. |
